- How can I make a reservation?
- Please use the inquiry form to make a reservation.
- Can I cancel my reservation?

You can cancel free of charge up to 3 days before the service date.
2 to 1 day before (until 6 PM): 50% of the total fee
After 6 PM on the day before: 100% of the total feeIn case of flight cancellation
If your flight is canceled due to natural disasters, no cancellation fee will be charged for airport pick-up/drop-off reservations.
- Can individuals use the service?
- Yes, individuals can use our service, including for occasions such as weddings and funerals.
- Do you provide child seats?
- Yes, we offer them free of charge, but availability is limited. Please confirm when making a reservation.
- Can I be picked up at the airport?
- Yes, upon request, our driver will wait for you at the arrival gate with a name board. Please let us know when booking.
- What should I do if I forget something in the vehicle?
- Please contact us through the inquiry form.
- Does the fare change depending on the number of passengers?
- The fare is per vehicle, not per passenger.
- What about tolls and parking fees?
- Tolls and parking fees will be charged separately from the hire fare.
- What payment methods are available?
- We require advance payment in principle.
Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit card, and cash.
Accepted credit cards: VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club.
- How many passengers can ride?
- The recommended number of passengers is as follows:
Alphard: 5 people Hiace: 8 people
- Are there any drivers who can speak foreign languages?
- We have several drivers who can speak English or Chinese.
If you require one, please contact us to check availability.
- Are there any vehicles where smoking is allowed?
- All vehicles are non-smoking.
- How many golf bags or suitcases can be loaded?
